Endovascular Suite
The endovascular suite at BWMC opened in 2008 and is a state-of-the-art hybrid operating room that allows your vascular surgeon to treat your condition with many options.
Before such rooms were available, open surgical procedures needed to be done in the operating room through diagnostic and catheter based techniques (angioplasty or stenting) in interventional suites. With this great new addition to BWMC, your surgeon can perform any treatment method that he/she needs to do all in the same setting.
Some techniques for diagnosis and treatment include:
