Joslin Diabetes Center at BWMC Offers Diabetes Support Group

 GLEN BURNIE, MD - The Joslin Diabetes Center at Baltimore Washington Medical Center sponsors a monthly support group, the "Joslin Circle," for people with diabetes and their family members. The monthly support group is designed to help people with diabetes and their family members better understand living with diabetes.

The "Joslin Circle" meets on the third Wednesday of the month from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the Joslin Diabetes Center located at 300 Hospital Drive, Suite 223. The upcoming dates for 2009 include: October 21, November 18 and December 16.

The support group is open to all people with diabetes and their family members. Meetings are free of charge and reservations are not requested. For more information, call the Joslin Diabetes Center at 410-787-4940.
