Sífilis secundaria en las palmas de las manos

La sífilis secundaria es una de las pocas enfermedades infecciosas que producen salpullido en las palmas de las manos y plantas de los pies, así como una erupción generalizada. Si una persona presenta una úlcera en el pene y algunas semanas más tarde aparece una erupción, debe ser evaluada inmediatamente para descartar la presencia de sífilis.
