Tabaco y cáncer

El tabaco y sus diversos componentes aumentan el riesgo de varios tipos de cáncer, especialmente de cáncer de pulmón, boca, laringe, esófago, vejiga, riñón, páncreas y cuello uterino. Fumar también aumenta el riesgo de ataques cardíacos, embolias y enfermedad pulmonar crónica.
