Margarina contra mantequilla

La grasa de la margarina tiene menor probabilidad de causar daños al corazón que la grasa de la mantequilla debido a que la mantequilla contiene grasa saturada. El ingerir demasiada grasa saturada es uno de los principales factores de riesgo de enfermedad cardíaca. La dieta alta en grasas saturadas puede hacer que una sustancia blanda y cerosa, llamada colesterol, se acumule en las arterias.
