Medical Staff Privileges
In addition to the Maryland Hospital Credentialing Application, Baltimore Washington Medical Center requires additional information and forms to be completed.
Please contact the Medical Staff Services Department for more information on obtaining medical staff privileges for both physicians and licensed independent practitioners by e-mailing pdorsey@bwmc.umms.org.
