Preventing Diabetes
Overview
A diabetes educator leads a one hour class discussion and offers suggestions on how to make simple nutrition and exercise changes that can significantly reduce the chance of developing type II diabetes. The cost of the class is $25 (cash or check accepted) and reservations are requested. To register or for more information, call 410-787-4940.
